Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make from us. While most of our items are pre-loved and carefully inspected, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be returned with the original receipt and have all tags still attached.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when purchased.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
