Orders

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our collections, choose your favorite items, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the easy checkout process, and voilà! Your joyful pieces will be on their way to you.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure swift delivery. Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

Shipping & Returns

Do you only sell used items, or do you carry new items too?

While we specialize in high-quality pre-loved items, we also offer a selection of brand-new products. Every item—new or gently used—is carefully inspected to ensure excellent condition.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason,
you're not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Check out our Returns page for detailed instructions on making returns or exchanges.

Do you ship orders, and what are the shipping rates?

Yes! We offer shipping within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently ship only within the U.S. International shipping is not available at this time.

Consignment

What types of items do you accept for consignment?

We accept clothing, shoes, toys & baby gear, accessories, and home décor in excellent condition. Items must be clean, stylish, and meet our quality standards.

What sizes do you accept?

For Children's clothing, we accept size newborn through 18. For Women's, we accept XS-5X (but sizes XS and Small are accepted very minimally due to low demand).

How should I prepare my items for drop-off?

Please bring your items in a plastic storage tote, box, or laundry basket—no trash bags or oversized totes. Clothing should be folded or laid flat, with all buttons, zippers, and snaps fastened. All items must be clean, lint-free, and free of pet hair.

Do I need an appointment to consign?

No appointment needed!You can bring your items anytime during store hours.

Can I ship my items for consignment?

Yes! You can ship your items for consignment. Contact us for more details.

How long do items stay on the sales floor?

Items remain on the sales floor for 90 days. After that, you have 10 days to retrieve any unsold items.

What percentage do I earn from each sale?

You earn 30% on consigned clothing, 40% on all other items, and 50% on items priced at $75 or more. Bonus: Get an extra 10% when you use your earnings as in-store credit!

How and when do I get paid?

You get paid once your item sells. Payment options include:

Can I remove my items before the consignment period ends?

Yes, you can remove your items before the consignment period ends. However, if an item is removed before 80 days, a 20% processing fee applies.

Do you donate items that aren’t picked up?

Unclaimed items not picked up by the 100th day will become the property of Sweet Pea Consignment, and we will decide what to do with them.
